Building a startup AI workflow platform for lean teams
Corelantic is an early-stage startup helping founders, SMEs, and lean operations teams connect their existing apps, data, people, and AI agents into one practical workflow system. The goal is simple: automate repeated work, keep human approvals visible, and help small teams execute like much larger companies.

Our story
Born from the chaos of scaling operations inside fast-growing software companies.
The problem Ethan kept seeing
At a Series-B SaaS company, Ethan Sha watched smart teams lose time to the same pattern over and over: one tool for CRM, another for support, another for internal knowledge, another for spreadsheets, and a fragile layer of scripts in between. Every new hire added more complexity. Every new process added more handoffs. Execution slowed down exactly when the company needed to speed up.
The issue was never a lack of effort. It was a lack of shared operational infrastructure. Teams had talent, data, and tools — but no system that could orchestrate them together.
The idea behind Corelantic
Corelantic started with a simple belief: every team should be able to build intelligent workflows without assembling an accidental platform out of APIs, spreadsheets, and duct tape. Instead of separate tools for automation, approvals, reporting, and AI, there should be one system where apps, agents, and people can work in sync.
That vision attracted a team of builders across engineering, product, customer success, and growth — all focused on giving operators practical leverage instead of abstract promises.
What we are building now
Today, Corelantic powers intelligent operations across onboarding, revenue workflows, customer journeys, internal approvals, and performance measurement. Our customers use the platform to move faster without losing control, and to scale execution without scaling headcount at the same rate.
We believe the next generation of winning companies will run on intelligent flows — systems where software, humans, and AI work as one coordinated operating layer. That is the future Corelantic is building toward.
“The best operators should not need a week of duct-taping tools together just to ship one workflow. We built Corelantic so every team can move with the leverage, clarity, and speed of a much larger company.”
Our core values
The principles that shape how we build, support, and scale the platform.
Practical AI
We build AI that ships real work, integrates with the tools teams already use, and produces measurable gains in speed and quality.
Operator-first
The people closest to execution should be able to automate it. We design for operators, not just platform specialists.
Composable by default
Your stack will change. Corelantic is built to connect apps, humans, data, and AI agents without trapping teams in rigid workflows.
Trust through transparency
Approvals, audit trails, permissions, and clear system behavior are part of the product from day one, not an afterthought.
Our journey
The milestones behind our move from idea to platform.
Corelantic is founded
After leading platform work inside a Series-B SaaS company, Ethan Sha saw operators buried under disconnected tools, brittle automations, and endless handoffs. He started Corelantic to give every team the leverage of a much larger company.
Private beta launches
The first beta customers used Corelantic to automate onboarding, revops routing, support escalations, and internal approvals across Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
General availability
Corelantic launches publicly with orchestration, automation, governance, integrations, customer flows, and performance insights built into one platform.
Scaling the platform
Accepted into AWS Activate and GitHub for Startups, the team is expanding infrastructure, integrations, and go-to-market support for fast-growing companies adopting AI-powered operations.

Ethan Brooks
Founder & CEO
Ethan leads Corelantic as an early-stage AI workflow automation startup for founders, SMEs, and lean operations teams. He focuses on turning repeated manual handoffs into reliable AI-assisted flows that save time without removing human control.
Marcus Reed
Product & Automation Lead
Marcus designs the product experience behind Corelantic: connect the tools a startup already uses, describe the business process, let AI draft the workflow, then track every approval and outcome in one place.
Sophie Bennett
Customer Success Lead
Sophie works with startup operators to identify the first high-value workflow, launch it safely, and expand from one clear automation win into a repeatable operating system for the whole team.
